Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Finvia Solutions L.L.C-FZ (“Finvia Solutions”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) services, including digital marketing, management consulting, and business support. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Services

Finvia Solutions provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing campaigns and advertising management (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Performance advertising and paid media management

  • Management consultancy and business strategy

  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and business assistance support

All services are delivered as per the agreed scope, timelines, and project requirements. Services may be delivered remotely or on-site as agreed with the client.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and access required to deliver services.

  • Approve deliverables, campaigns, or strategies in a timely manner.

  • Comply with third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).

  • Ensure lawful use of services and provided content.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as per invoices issued by Finvia Solutions.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

  • All fees are exclusive of third-party costs unless explicitly stated.


4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility, process, and exclusions. Please review the Refund Policy for details.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in strategies, designs, content, and campaigns created by Finvia Solutions remain the property of Finvia Solutions until full payment is received.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose only.

  • Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, content, and data shared with Finvia Solutions.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Finvia Solutions commits to handling client data securely and professionally.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • While Finvia Solutions applies industry best practices and optimisation methods, results such as sales volume, ROAS, revenue, or conversions cannot be guaranteed.

  • Finvia Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, market conditions, or client actions.

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for services directly related to the issue in question.


8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract.

  • In case of termination, clients are responsible for payment of services delivered up to the termination date.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.


10. Changes to Terms

Finvia Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
