At Finvia Solutions L.L.C-FZ, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, consulting, and business support services to help your business grow. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project, the type of service provided, and the agreement in place.


1. Services Covered

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Digital marketing campaigns and ad management (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Management consultancy and business strategy services

  • Performance advertising and paid media management

  • Accounting and bookkeeping support or business assistance services

Note: This policy does not apply to third-party platform fees (e.g., ad spend on Meta or Google) or any external service costs paid on your behalf.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be eligible in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as per the agreed scope in the contract.

  • There was an error or omission on our part that materially affected the agreed deliverables.

  • Mutual agreement reached between the client and Finvia Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on project progress, completed work, and deliverables already provided.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your invoice number, project details, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Our team will review your request, verify project progress, and determine eligibility.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if a project has been partially completed or if certain services have already been delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on work completed versus the total agreed scope.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments for completed campaigns, consultancy hours, or services delivered in accordance with the agreement.

  • Any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client (ad spend, software subscriptions, etc.).

  • Services terminated by the client without prior notice or in violation of contract terms.
